Who We Are

» We are an organization made up of coffee producers, with a vocation in providing financial services, promoting savings, processing and marketing coffee, and adopting techniques for environmental conservation. Our Caja Rural operates as a cooperative and community bank, providing timely services, meeting the financial, technical and business needs of its members, clients and the community. We promote productive diversification, social development, gender equality and improving the living conditions of our families’ coffee plantations.

Specific Objectives

» Facilitate access to short and medium-term credit, to help promote the financial and investment problems of our partners and clients, guaranteeing their recovery in a timely manner.

» Launch a coffee brand on the market and market it in different presentations according to the needs and preferences of our customers.

» Provide services in coffee preparation, roasting and packaging.

» Project yourself socially in the community by developing activities such as:

» Contribute so that the boys and girls of our community complete their primary studies

» Collaborate in maintaining a healthy coexistence with the neighbors of our community, promoting hygiene and safety.

» Reduce the negative environmental impact by properly managing coffee byproducts and increasing the forest area by planting 500 trees in our productive areas and reforestation areas of our community.

What We’re Proud Of

» We are producing and processing high quality coffee with acceptance in the national and international markets, managing to preserve varieties such as: Típica Borbón, Catuai and Paca Mara on our farms.

» We have replenished 60% of the natural shade in our rainforests.

» We are working with a group of 20 youths, between the ages of 18 and 30 who are being trained in entrepreneurship, business investments, and social and environmental subjects.
